Made for every stage

Before a first period

Short lessons, daily tidbits and a packing game help kids feel ready. No guesses about when a first period will come.

Youth mode

A playful look with Poppy the flower, a simple daily log and an "Ask a grown-up" button for when you need supplies or a chat.

Adult mode

A calmer design, a calendar and cycle dial, a three-month planner and a tidy report you can take to an appointment.

For parents and guardians

Link your phone to your child's and see only what they choose to share: support requests and, if they switch them on, upcoming dates.

Honest estimates

Dates are shown as a range, worked out only from the days you log. Never a promise, and never a fertility or pregnancy prediction.

Learn & play

Bite-size lessons with quizzes, a new tidbit every day, a nature-pairs game and a "pack your pouch" activity, all free.

Gentle reminders

Optional heads-ups with neutral wording, so a lock screen never gives anything away.

Apple Health

Optionally save the days you log to Apple Health, and add periods other apps recorded there.

Our privacy promise

Your full health log stays on your phone. There is no account to create, and there are no ads, analytics or tracking tools in the app. Only what a child chooses to share with a linked grown-up ever leaves the phone, and only to that grown-up's phone.

We don't sell your data, and we can't read it. If your family chooses encrypted sync, everything is locked with a key that only your family's phones have. Our server stores scrambled data it has no way to open.
